So I finally gave up the search and came up with my own. In a pinch, I just get straight up black coffee about 30 min before I workout. But when I have a little more time, I love the recipe below. You can adjust the ingredients to your macros or your liking...lots and lots of options to choose from!
1 c Unsweetened vanilla almond milk (I use Almond Breeze)
1 tbsp (or more depending on the day) instant coffee
1 tsp sugar free fat free instant pudding mix (I like cheesecake or chocolate)
1 scoop ABOUT TIME protein ( again lots of flavors to choose from here and the purest, won't kill your stomach, sweetened with stevia protein I've found)
1 tbsp (optional) natural peanut butter
1/4 c gluten free oats
I blend all this together in my magic bullet and voila...pre-workout! Enjoy approx 30 min before your workout!
